Market MARKET (Mission Veng St) A Saturday street market sprawls along the street with village women offering fruit, vegetables, maybe a dead pig, fish and live hens in individualised wickerwork carry-away baskets.
Two kilometres east of Hajo is a mosque sheltering the tomb of the multi-named Hazarat grand chalet nj Shah Sultan Giasuddin grand chalet nj Aulia Rahmatullah Alike who died some 800 years ago. Muslims need to walk (the less pious may drive) 4km up a spiral road to reach the mosque, which is architecturally unremarkable.
